We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app's services. If you delete your account, your account and all associated data (including personal information, workouts, training programs, personal records, custom exercises, and user preferences) are permanently deleted. We do not keep any of this data after deletion; there is no retention period once you have requested deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

LiftGraph is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of your data; request deletion of your data.
